Victoria Triece: Between OnlyFans and School Ban — When Prurient Interest Clashes with Morality
The 33-Year-Old Model, Star of Playboy and FHM, Defies Florida After Losing Legal Battle to Volunteer at Her Children’s School. “No One Has the Right to Judge My Life,” She Declares.
Victoria Triece, the OnlyFans mom who graced the covers of Playboy and FHM, is back in the headlines—not for her bold photoshoots, but for a legal fight that has sparked controversy. The model and mother of two lost a $1 million lawsuit against Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) after the district barred her from volunteering at Sand Lake Elementary School in 2021. The reason? Her work on OnlyFans, the adult content platform where Triece shares explicit material with her 148,000 Instagram followers and 264,000 TikTok fans.
“I felt humiliated. No one has the right to judge how I make a living,” Triece told The Thread Girl in an exclusive interview, posing in a form-fitting dress that left little to the imagination. The model, who has also walked for Playboy, insisted her private life shouldn’t interfere with her role as a volunteer mom: “I wanted to be with my kids 24/7… I just want to give them a better life.”
Judge Brian Sandor ruled against Triece on January 29, stating the volunteer program “does not guarantee rights” and that her removal did not violate Florida’s Constitution. “The record does not prove her right to raise her children has been harmed,” he declared, adding that the images shared by the district were “public records”. The court decision included a controversial detail: Triece’s OnlyFans photos, available by subscription, were distributed among OCPS staff and media outlets—a move the model called “cyber harassment”. However, the judge dismissed the claim, ruling it was not a case of “revenge porn”.
Mark NeJame, Triece’s attorney, didn’t hold back: “OCPS is acting like the morality police. Would we ban an adulterous parent or someone who hunts endangered species? It’s absurd!” Triece, who passed annual background checks for five years, argued her OnlyFans work—started after a “crazy breakup”—funds her family life while keeping her active at her children’s school.
While OCPS declined to comment due to “pending litigation”, the model vowed to appeal the ruling. “They’re punishing not just me, but my kids,” she concluded, her signature mix of outrage and determination on full display.
